Mission & Vision

YPNation is a nonpartisan membership organization with one major objective -- to represent and give voice to the views of America's Young Professionals. Young people have no voice and are being asked to accept persistent high levels of joblessness, over-the-top education expenses, an unsustainable energy strategy, and too much debt. YPNation leads positive social change by uniting and empowering the YP community with a unified purpose, proactive voice, and collective purchasing power, and delivers value to members through information, advocacy, and opportunity.

Why YPNation

It is the duty of Young Professionals to both our generation and the country to mobilize around key national and regional issues and to speak up. A consistent, integrated voice from young people is critical to good national and regional policy.

What YPNation Does

As the leading voice for Young Professionals, YPNation regularly monitors its members’ needs, concerns, and opinions. YPNation develops public policy recommendations through a consistent, ongoing process that begins with member input through surveys and polls, policy analysis, and recommendations from YPNation's National Advisory Board (NAB). The NAB is an advisory committee to YPNation's Executive Committee, and its recommendations are the basis for all of YPNation's policy positions and advocacy efforts. YPNation works with media, legislators, and industry leaders to communicate these important positions on behalf of the YP community.

YPNation Programs & Services

• Research & Advocacy – YPNation measures the opinions and concerns of Young Professionals across the U.S. on key national and regional issues. The data is published and used to inform YPNation’s strategic policy direction and advocacy efforts to Congress and industry leaders.

• Thought Leadership – YPNation publishes research, insight and analysis from Young Professional policy experts and leaders, and other items of importance to the Young Professional community.

• YPN Network – the YPNation Network is an affiliation of forward-thinking Young Professional Organizations from across the U.S. It is free to join. Participating member organizations help shape YPNation’s programs and voice, and share the many benefits of joining YPNation’s proactive platform.

• Products & Services – YPNation is a force in the marketplace for its members by offering hundreds of thousands of money-saving discounts for restaurants, car rentals, travel, hotels, insurance, shopping & more.
