<p><font face="Arial" size="3">Ressler is also </font><font face="Arial" size="3">the co-founder of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.younggovernmentleaders.org">Young Government Leaders</a>, a professional organization of more than 2,000 government employees across the U.S. He</font><font face="Arial" size="3"> received the 2007 and 2009 Federal 100 Award for his service in the government IT community.</font></p>
