<p class="MsoNormal">Quiviya Eldridge is President of the <a href="http://www.nyul.org/yp_home.html" target="_blank">New York Urban League Young Professionals</a>. Eldridge has a strong background in financial, regulatory and operational Risk Management. Her accomplishments include successfully creating a two year strategic plan for growth for Investment Bank Loan Trading unit at a major investment bank, improving operational processes as Project Manager for a large retail bank, and performing a high profile detailed performance analysis for a high-priority school district-identifying control gaps and offering recommendations for cost streamlining.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p><o:p></o:p></p> <p>Eldridge attended the <st1:place><st1:placetype>University</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename>South Florida</st1:placename></st1:place> and graduated in 2002 with honors and a B.A. in both Finance and Economics. After graduation, Eldridge accepted a position at JP Morgan Chase Bank in the North American Trading operations group. She spent the next few years building her career at several major investment banks and in January 2006, Eldridge was highly recruited to KPMG, LLP to help build a new Structured Finance advisory practice in the <st1:state><st1:place>New York</st1:place></st1:state> office.</p>
