<p>William L T Schirano is a Washington, D.C.-based international security consultant. For much of his career he has focused on sociopolitical trends in Europe and the Middle East.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Schirano received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Richmond in 1999 and his Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University in 2002.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>He has previously held positions at the Heritage Foundation, and the U.S. House of Representatives; and has written articles for the National Interest, Human Events Online, The American Conservative, and the Baltimore Sun.</p>
